Dr. Gergis journey has taken him from Egypt’s far south to Philadelphia; a few stops in between, the next destination remains undetermined. Dr. Gergis is the proud Director of Transplant and Cellular Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University. Making quality cellular therapy treatment accessible to the underserved is Dr. Gergis professional passion. In his leisure time, Dr. Gergis plays racquetball, reads (an extinct habit) and takes his dog on long walks, trying to talk some sense into him.
