Dr. Abu Zaid was born in Jordan and earned his medical degree from Mu’tah University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Arizona and his Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at Indian University. Dr. Abu Zaid is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Indian University specializing in multiple myeloma, blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy. His research focus is graft-versus-host disease prevention and establishing the Indian Myeloma Registry.
